FESCO Wraps Up Summer Navigation in the Arctic



Russia's multi-purpose transport administrator FESCO Transportation Group has finished the late spring route in the eastern part of the Arctic Region.

Amid the season, the organization's icebreaker Admiral Makarov gave pilotages of the vessels with compartments, general and national financial load to the ports and the port-purposes of Chukotka and the Northern Sea Route (NSR).

The 7,560 dwt Admiral Makarov gave route of 31 vessels which conveyed 78,000 tons of general freight to the ports of the NSR and taken out 67,000 tons amid the vessel's Arctic voyage which kept going from July 18 to November 25, 2016.
